Ryan is in his first year as a MSc student here in the Stamplecoskie group. He is studying the effects of size and alloy composition on the enhancing ability of metallic nanoclusters in surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). Cooking and baking are what you can commonly find him doing when at home and at some point, he hopes to be able to realize his dream of affording to be a hobby blacksmith.
